For example, we rolled an epoxy floor in the basement, complete with colored flecks and sparkles, that delights me every time I go down there. He hired a wonderful painter.  He even purchased and received delivery on my new washer and dryer so they were there when I moved in! 

And can I add, this is one, fine human being. Compassionate, authentic, and genuinely kind and caring, it is a gift to have him in my life. I cannot thank Ernie enough or recommend him too highly.  What a gem!
